Please visit the website for more information regarding Class Dojo and/or contact me for a code to track your students' behavior. Classroom Expectations:
In order to provide the students with the excellent educational climate they deserve, Indian Hill has developed the following classroom discipline policy that will be in effect at all times.
Respectful:
Responsible:
Safe:
Students who behave appropriately will be positively rewarded with notes/calls home, praise, free time, extra recess, and celebrations. It is in your child’s best interest that we work together with regard to their education. We will keep you informed of your child’s progress in our class.
Discipline Policy:
In the classroom, we use a cards discipline policy. It is on display in our classroom. White is for excellent behavior, green stands for great behavior, yellow stands for repeated verbal warnings, red stands for behavior infraction (minor). Every day, regardless of where you ended the day before, all children start on white.
*3 red cards in a week equals an office discipline referral (major)
